Checking the Status of Your Order
- If you choose EMS or DHL for shipping, usually you can check the status of your order by the tracing number on website within 24 hours after the status of your order has been changed to "Delivered". We'll send the tracking number to your Email when we changing the status of order.

- If you choose Air mail, you can check the status of your order on website within 48 hours after we changed your order to "Delivered". But Air Mail is not a express delivery so the status of shipping is not so accurate. According to our experience you can get your products in 10-25 days.

Please note:
- We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

- In order to reduce our operational cost, all items are shipped from our branch in Mainland China(not Hong Kong or UK) by Registered air mail or EMS Express or DHL.

- We prefer to use Express Courier.

- The choice of courier varies according to your home country. We currently offer: Air Mail (registered) ; DHL ; EMS.

- Small orders are normally best suited to Registered Air Mail. This is the cheapest and most commonly used option. This delivery method will be chosen during Checkout by default. Although you can not use this method if your order exceeds 20 euro or if the weight is over 1.0 lb(s).

- We usually do not recommend our customers in Europe choosing Registered Air Mail for its slow of shipping.

- We may get rid of the package of products to reduce the price of shipping. If there's any special requirement please leave message in your order. Thanks.

- For larger bulk orders we will pack the goods appropriately and economically in an attempt to save space and shipping costs.

- Customs clearance paperwork and any such related documents or procedures are handled by the courier. In rare cases the courier may need to contact you directly to confirm specific details. In cases where additional paperwork is required for delivery; GameSuperWay will assist with and fill out the documents when necessary.

Shipping Costs
- All shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the actual weight (kilograms) of the goods and/or the goods actual physical dimensions and recipients location.

- All orders must be paid for in full and in advance, including shipping.

- If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen or damaged before receipt; we will work with the courier to obtain information and arrange a refund or replacement at no further expense to you.

- All free shipping use Air mail . the European countries, 5 - 15 days, Japan, Southeast Asia, the United States, Australia and other countries and regions, 7 - 25. days .orders will be shipped within 48 hours if the payments have been completed or cleared.

Orders dispatched
- Most orders dispatched from GameSuperWay are sent via either DHL or EMS. These companies will attempt delivery direct to your doorstep. You may need to be present for, and sign for, the delivery. Before signing, we recommend you inspect the box for any transit damage, as this can not usually be claimed against once you have signed for the order.

- Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered. It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number. If you are drop-shipping, this means your customer's phone number. If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are your responsibility and unfortunately we cannot offer advice or estimates about import fees or other taxes in your country.
